Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will play a vital role in supporting the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, creating a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, being involved in the care planning process, supporting medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions.
