Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to work alongside the Care team to deliver exceptional personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, contributing to the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with medication, and undertaking staff supervisions and development where required. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals involved in their care.
