Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any changes impacting care and care plans, ensuring new needs are met, and amending written records accordingly. You will be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and undertaking monthly evaluations. Additionally, you will support residents with their medication requirements, undertake staff supervisions, and act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, visitors, and health and social care professionals.
