Job summary
This is a unique opportunity to combine analytics with creativity, shaping how Avery performs and how they're perceived as an employer of choice. The Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist will work closely with the Marketing team to develop and strengthen the employer brand across campaigns and content. They will also analyze recruitment data, produce insights to drive smarter hiring decisions, and monitor and improve company reviews on platforms such as Indeed and Glassdoor.
Main duties of the job
The Recruitment Insights & Branding Specialist will be responsible for analyzing recruitment data, producing reports and insights that drive smarter hiring decisions, working alongside the Marketing team to develop and strengthen the employer brand, monitoring and strategically improving company reviews, and partnering with stakeholders to provide recruitment insight and market intelligence.
