They are passionate about creating meaningful experiences for their residents and team members, and are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Wellbeing and Activities Assistant to join their award-winning team at Newcross Care Home in Wolverhampton.
Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for activities, and establishing links with the local community to promote intergenerational activity.
