Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as providing a range of administrative services. Your responsibilities will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing general administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will also be responsible for maintaining the tidiness of the reception area and liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.
