Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your primary focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls to relevant staff, and recording messages. Additionally, you will complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. You will also be expected to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with the Housekeeping team to ensure that standards are maintained.
