Job summary

Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterization, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, keeping them informed and involved in the ongoing care. Additionally, you will be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed during your duty and that residents receive the required care. You will be expected to provide high standards of care through accurate assessment and planning.
