Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. You will maintain a safe living and working environment, contribute to the positive and professional image of the home, and report any changes in residents' condition to the relevant staff. You will also assist with ordering and preparing supplies for activities and help establish links with the local community to encourage access and promote intergenerational activity.
