Main duties of the job
The Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare's Alder House Care Home in Nottinghamshire involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting with medication, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
