Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. This includes identifying residents' life histories, needs, and preferences, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe and positive environment. You will need previous experience working with older people in a residential setting, as well as excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
