Job summary

This is a temporary Registered Nurse role at Avery Healthcare's Rosebery Manor Care Home in Epsom, Surrey. The successful candidate will act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. The role involves undertaking nursing tasks, supervising staff, and providing high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.

Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Rosebery Manor Care Home, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care are provided to our residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during your shift.
