Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment. You will need to have previous experience working with older people in a residential or nursing setting, as well as effective communication skills and a positive attitude towards older adults.
