Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff. This will involve monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, contributing to person-centred care planning, supporting with medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care, 2 years' experience in a similar care environment, strong communication skills, and a positive, supportive attitude.
