Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will support the Care team in delivering high-quality personal care, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting with medication, and supervising and developing care staff. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to Avery's values of caring, supportiveness, honesty, respect, and accountability are essential.
