Job summary
This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be on monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff with their development. You will also act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals.
