Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse - Nights at Chertsey Parklands Manor Care Home, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for the residents, undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, ensuring all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care.
