As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of the residents through a wide range of engaging and stimulating activities, while promoting their physical, psychological, and social well-being.
Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Braintree Mews Care Home, your focus will be to provide a variety of activities that engage and stimulate the residents' overall well-being. You'll understand the importance of promoting the principles of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfillment for all residents. Other responsibilities include identifying residents' life histories, needs, and preferences, planning monthly activity and wellbeing plans, and arranging engaging events and outings.
