Main duties of the job
As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for acting as the person in charge and standing in for the Manager as required. Your focus will be to ensure high standards of care for the residents, including undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed during your shift.
