As a Maintenance Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine tasks and checks to keep the facilities fully functional.
Main duties of the job
As a Maintenance Operative, your focus will be to ensure the building and grounds are well maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services applying basic fixes to equipment and systems whilst ensuring facilities are fully functional. Other responsibilities will include carrying out general maintenance tasks and basic repairs, supporting new residents to arrange their room, ensuring routine re-decoration is undertaken, advising on the supply and quality of items, and providing out of hours emergency service.
