The Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator role at Avery Healthcare is focused on providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being. Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment. You will need to have a current valid driving licence, experience working with older people in a residential or nursing Dementia setting, and a positive attitude towards older people.
