Main duties of the job
As a Team Leader - Nights at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the home management team in delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Your focus will be on creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include leading the care planning process, assisting with resident discharges, monitoring resident wellbeing, and ensuring safe systems of work are practiced across the team.
