Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator at Aire View Care Home in Leeds, your focus will be to provide a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, psychological, and social well-being, while promoting the philosophy of privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment. Your responsibilities will include identifying the life history, needs, and preferences of residents, planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities and events, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
