Job summary
This role is for a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The assistant will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being.
Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home, reporting any changes in residents' physical or emotional condition, supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities, and establishing links with the local community to encourage access and promote intergenerational activity.
