Job summary
The Clinical Lead role at Avery Healthcare in Barnet is responsible for supporting the Home Manager in all aspects of home management, ensuring a safe, caring, and stimulating environment for residents. The role involves monitoring residents' wellbeing, acting as a point of contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals, preparing staff rotas, and advising on supplies and ordering. Candidates should have an NMC registration, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in care, and at least two years' experience in a similar care environment.
Main duties of the job
As the Clinical Lead, your focus will be to support the Home Manager across all aspects of Home Management, providing a safe, caring, stimulating and homely environment for residents and their visitors. You will be responsible for monitoring the state of wellbeing of each resident, acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals. You will also prepare the staff duty rota, be responsible for appraising staff, and advise on the supply and quality of items used to carry out tasks.
