Job summary

This is a temporary Registered Nurse role at Avery Healthcare's Milton Court Care Home in Kents Hill. The role involves acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care. The ideal candidate must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration, have a minimum of 2 years' experience, and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and knowledge of care planning.
