Job summary
This role as a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Avery Healthcare will focus on supporting the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in delivering a variety of activities to promote the residents' overall well-being. This includes maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' condition, ordering and preparing supplies, and establishing links with the local community. The successful candidate will have effective communication skills, an understanding of the importance of interaction for well-being, and a positive attitude towards working with older people.
