Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. This includes maintaining a safe environment, reporting changes in residents' conditions, and supporting the ordering and preparation of activity supplies. You will need effective communication skills, a positive attitude towards older people, and previous experience working with older people in a residential or nursing setting.
