Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will focus on supporting and working alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your responsibilities will include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating person-centered care plans, supporting with medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
