Main duties of the job
As the Wellbeing and Activities Coordinator, your focus will be to understand the needs of the residents and promote their privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights, and fulfilment. You will be responsible for planning and submitting monthly activity and wellbeing plans, arranging activities, events, and outings, and maintaining a safe living and working environment.
