Job summary

This is a permanent Registered Nurse role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves acting as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and ensuring high standards of care for the residents. Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required, and observe all instructions to act upon their behalf whilst ensuring high standards of care to our residents. Other responsibilities will include undertaking nursing tasks such as distribution of medication, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding and management of chronic medical conditions, advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, and effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care.
