Job summary
This role as a Client Liaison Manager at Avery Healthcare's Lady Jane Court Care Home in Leicester involves managing the sales and marketing processes to meet and exceed budget targets, fill the home with the agreed client base, and maximize revenue. The successful candidate will have a full UK and clean driving license, strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, and ideally previous sales experience.
Main duties of the job
As the Client Liaison Manager, your focus will be to manage the sales and marketing processes in the home, ensuring the effective daily operation of the Sales & Marketing Department, meeting and exceeding budget targets, filling the home with the agreed client base and maximising revenue. Other responsibilities will include answering sales and marketing enquiries, managing the pipeline of potential members, and developing new contacts with key care influencers.
