Main duties of the job
As a Maintenance Operative, your focus will be on ensuring the building and grounds are well-maintained, undertaking a variety of routine maintenance tasks, checks to services, and applying basic fixes to equipment and systems. Other responsibilities will include supporting new residents to arrange their rooms, ensuring routine re-decoration is undertaken, advising on supplies and ordering replacement goods, and providing out-of-hours emergency service.
