This is a Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support the General Manager.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will be responsible for answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and recording messages. You will also be required to complete reception-related administration, maintain databases, and provide administrative assistance as required by the General Manager. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area and liaising with the Housekeeping team to ensure standards are maintained.
