Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant at Bourn View Care Home in Birmingham, you will support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include maintaining a safe living and working environment, contributing to the positive and professional image of the home, reporting any changes in residents' condition, and supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities.
