Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare's Spencer House Care Home in Northampton, you will be responsible for supporting the care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Your duties will include monitoring the wellbeing of residents, being involved in the person-centered care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
