Job summary
The role of Sous Chef at Avery Healthcare's Barnet Grange Care Home in Barnet is to support the Head Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service to the residents. Main duties of the job
As a Sous Chef at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service to the residents. This includes preparing modified diets, supervising and directing the work of culinary staff, and ensuring that all food preparation meets the highest hygiene standards. You will also be required to demonstrate compassion and commitment to the delivery of high-quality culinary services to the residents, and be able to adapt and be flexible in your responsibilities.
