The Resident Experience Manager will be responsible for ensuring every resident enjoys a safe, welcoming, and enriching experience at the Barnet Grange Care Home. They will lead a team, coordinate service delivery, and maintain high standards across all non-clinical departments.
Main duties of the job
As the Resident Experience Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the home, championing resident satisfaction, coordinating service delivery, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality. You will manage complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, support home improvement projects, and ensure effective rota planning.
