This role as a Team Leader - Nights at Avery Healthcare offers the opportunity to join a supportive, caring, and award-winning team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centered care and supporting the home management team. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and care planning skills to create a safe and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Main duties of the job
As a Team Leader - Nights, your focus will be to support the home management team in delivering high-quality care with a difference. This includes leading in the person-centered care planning process, assisting with resident discharges, monitoring resident well-being, and ensuring safe systems of work. You will demonstrate the ability to lead staff and act responsibly in the absence of the manager.
