Job summary

This Registered Nurse - Nights role at Avery Healthcare in Eastbourne is a permanent position paying £23.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, acting as the person in charge and standing in for the Manager as required.

Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. You will ensure high standards of care for our residents, undertaking tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, as well as effectively deploying and supervising the care team to ensure all tasks are completed and residents receive the required care.
