They are looking for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated individual to join their award-winning team as a Care Assistant, focusing on delivering high standards of personal care and contributing to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents.
Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting residents in their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity and respect of individuals at all times. You will also be required to recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner. Additionally, you will be expected to act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident, and practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
