This role is for a Quality Assurance Auditor who will help raise standards and deliver exceptional care across the homes of Avery Healthcare, one of the UK's leading providers of luxury care homes. The auditor will review quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and produce detailed reports to support continuous improvement across the business.

Main duties of the job

As a Quality Assurance Auditor, you will visit homes across your region to review quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and produce detailed reports that give a clear picture of performance. Your reports will highlight what's working well and provide actionable steps to ensure every home meets the highest standards. You will work closely with operational and quality teams, supporting them to implement changes and achieve excellence. By spotting trends and sharing insights with senior leaders, you will play a key role in shaping continuous improvement across the business.

  • Be a Registered Nurse or have experience in the completion of quality assurance audits in a care home environment
  • Experience of completion of quality audits in health and social care across a geographic area
  • Knowledge and Understanding of Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) Regulations
  • Be able to work collaboratively across the business
