ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of your day-to-day work, youll visit homes across your region to review quality standards, identify areas for improvement, and produce detailed reports that give a clear picture of performance. Your reports will not only highlight whats working well but also provide actionable steps to ensure every home meets the highest standards. Youll work closely with operational and quality teams, supporting them to implement changes and achieve excellence. By spotting trends and sharing insights with senior leaders, youll play a key role in shaping continuous improvement across the business.

Our ideal candidate must:

• Be a Registered Nurse or have experience in the completion of quality assurance audits in a care home environment
• Experience of completion of quality audits in health and social care across a geographic area
• Knowledge and Understanding of Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) Regulations
• Be able to work collaboratively across the business

Qualifications

Essential

• To be successful in this role, you must be a Registered Nurse or have experience in the completion of quality assurance audits in a care home environment. You must also have experience of completing quality audits in health and social care across a geographic area, as well as knowledge and understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) Regulations.
