Main duties of the job
As a Wellbeing and Activities Assistant, your focus will be to support the Wellbeing Coordinator in providing a wide range of activities to engage and stimulate the residents' physical, cognitive, and social well-being. This includes maintaining a safe living and working environment, reporting any changes in residents' conditions, and supporting with ordering and preparing supplies for upcoming activities. You will also have the opportunity to establish links with the local community to encourage access and promote intergenerational activity.
