This is a temporary Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare's Silvermere Care Home in Cobham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as completing a range of administrative duties.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare, your focus will be to offer professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home. You will also be responsible for a range of administrative services, including answering and redirecting telephone calls, maintaining databases, and providing general administrative assistance to the General Manager. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive and welcoming attitude, and previous experience in problem-solving and client complaints.
