Main duties of the job

As a Registered Nurse at Avery Healthcare's Cliveden Manor Care Home in Marlow, you will act as the person in charge, standing in for the Manager as required and observing all instructions to act upon their behalf. Your focus will be to ensure high standards of care for the residents, undertaking nursing tasks such as medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and management of chronic medical conditions. You will also be responsible for the effective deployment and supervision of the care team, advising families and GPs of any changes in resident condition, and providing high-quality care through accurate assessment and planning.
