Job summary
This is a Receptionist role at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The role involves providing professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact within the home, as well as a range of administrative services.
Main duties of the job
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, redirecting calls, and completing reception-related administration. You will also be required to maintain the general tidiness of the reception area and liaise with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in using computers, and have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
