Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Key responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting with medication requirements, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and healthcare professionals.
