Job summary
This role as a Chef de Partie at Avery Healthcare's Barnet Grange Care Home in Barnet involves supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef to lead a culinary team that provides high-quality, nutritionally balanced meals for the residents. Main duties of the job
As a Chef de Partie, your focus will be to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive and high-quality culinary service, which contributes to the overall wellbeing of the residents. Key responsibilities include preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard, supporting cost-effective stock control systems, and working with the management team to develop and review the menu on a regular basis.
