Main duties of the job
As a Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their personal hygiene care, ensuring optimum independence, dignity, and respect. You will also be required to recognize and understand clinical risk areas in residents, escalate any identified risks in a timely manner, and act courteously towards residents and their visitors. Additionally, you will be expected to practice safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
