Job summary
This is a role as a Senior Care Assistant at Avery Healthcare, a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Care team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents, ensuring a safe, caring, and inclusive environment. The role involves monitoring residents' wellbeing, implementing and evaluating care plans, supporting with medication, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Care Assistant, your focus will be to support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care, providing a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff. Other responsibilities will include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the residents' wellbeing.
